Breanna Greenberg is an award-winning beauty and eCommerce marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience across retail, digital, and brand marketing. She began her career in retail in 2006, moved into management in 2010, transitioned into digital marketing in 2012, and has specialized in beauty since 2014, driving growth for indie, corporate, and celebrity-led brands. 

Most recently, she is the VP of Marketing for Stratia Skincare, a science-first DTC brand known for viral launches and a fiercely loyal customer base. 

In the past year, she has been featured as a keynote speaker and panelist at industry events including E-Tail, D2C Live, and Retail Summits, where she’s shared expertise on digital strategy, brand growth, TikTok, and the future of consumer marketing. 

She leads all marketing functions including brand, go-to-market strategy, creative, performance, retention, customer lifecycle, retail and Amazon, with a track record driving triple-digit revenue growth and building a high-impact digital presence with a lean, agile team.
